Stephanie Bellofatto

Meet Stephanie the Director of Commercial and Residential Accounts for SERVPRO of Putnam County for over 6 years. Stephanie is a lifelong resident of the Mahopac-Carmel area and an active member of her community. She volunteered in the schools when her children were growing up and?organized a food drive to support St. John's food pantry during the pandemic. She is a board member of The Greater Mahopac-Carmel Chamber of Commerce where she chairs the bi-laws committee, the new member committee, a member of the Spring and Fall street fair, holiday in the park, and the small business committees. She participates in the Relay For Life for the American Cancer Society by creating a team that has raised thousands of dollars to help find a cure and eradicate the disease. Stephanie has made a career of supporting and helping people as they build their businesses. Joining her childhood best friend in this current venture has been a great way to help those in the community during some of the most challenging times of their lives. Her mission is to educate, plan, and prepare as many businesses and homeowners as possible before a disaster happens to protect what is most important to them. She is part of a national networking organization and is the Tristate Regional Culture Advisor.  She is a proud mom of two sons, one of whom is a veteran, and has two grandsons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking around the Hudson Valley, listening to live music, the beach, and her flower gardens.

Lori G.

Lori has been an essential office filer at SERVPRO of Putnam County since 2022. She has received training in Commercial Services, Job File Audits, Water Damage Restoration, and the fundamentals of cleaning. Before joining SERVPRO, Lori spent 40 years as a domestic engineer and 13 years in construction sales. She is an active member of the Women's Auxiliary and is involved with the Boy Scouts. In addition, Lori is CPR-certified and prepared for any emergency. She resides in Wappingers Falls, where she enjoys reading and watching crime shows.

Liz has been the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Putnam County since 2022, ensuring smooth and efficient operations with her keen attention to detail. In addition to her organizational expertise, Liz is a certified Water Restoration Technician (WRT) through the IICRC and serves as a Curriculum Leader. Active in the community, she supports HOAM (Hope On a Mission) and resides in Hopewell. In her free time, Liz enjoys reading and taking long walks, but not at the same time! Need assistance? Matthew R.

Matthew is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Putnam County since 2021. He is IICRC certified as a WRT water damage restoration technician and possesses extensive fire and water restoration experience. He has a broad construction background in drywall, carpentry, painting, and flooring installations. When not directing restoration services, Matthew loves spending time with his daughter in Poughkeepsie.

Justin is the Project Manager at SERVPRO of Putnam County, where he joined our team in 2017. He has been an essential part of our success. With multiple industry certifications, including Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Journeyman in Carpet Cleaning & Repair from the IICRC, Justin's expertise ensures top-tier service. He's also a licensed mold remediation specialist in New York State. Coming from a family rooted in construction, Justin learned much from his father, fostering his strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and skill in managing budgets. When he's not helping clients, you'll find him enjoying the great outdoors near his home in Poughkeepsie, where he loves hiking, golfing, and skateboarding.

Mitchel S.

Meet Mitchel Smith, our dedicated Production Manager at SERVPRO of Putnam County. Since joining our team in 2014, Mitchel’s journey has been one of continuous growth. He started as a Production Technician, worked his way up to Crew Chief, and then moved into his current role as Project Manager—all over 10 years. Mitchel holds an impressive range of IICRC certifications, including WRT, ASD, AMRT, and TCST (Trauma Crime Scene Technician). With a strong foundation in construction, thanks to his contractor father, he brings invaluable expertise to our projects. Mitchel calls Pleasant Valley home, where he enjoys life with his wife, child, and their two dogs.
