Burst pipes cause commercial water damage in Brewster, NY

When this dance studio experienced flooding from a frozen pipe that had burst, the specialty wood floors were severely damaged. The pipes had antifreeze in them, which caused black staining on the floors as well. There were two layers of plywood under the dance floor that were also soaked.

We began the job using air blowers and dehumidifiers. After it was determined that the floor was non-salvageable, it was removed by the team along with the plywood underneath.
