Commercial Sewage Backup in Putnam County, NY

This affected hallway in this Putnam County New York business was the result of a sewage backup.  You can clearly see the extent of the damage done by the back up in the first photo.  The sewage also affected the surrounding rooms and hallways.  The after photo was taken shortly after the incident occurred.  We removed all the affected material and placed drying equipment to assist with the dryout, but also cleaning the area so that no leftover contaminants were present.  The customer was very pleased with how professional and understanding SERVPRO of Putnam County was when handling this delicate situation.
